2 T. brown sugar
2 T. maple syrup
¼ c. pumpkin puree
1/3 t. pumpkin pie spice
1-2 c. half-and-half
dash of ginger (optional)
2 cinnamon sticks
1.Heat a saucepan to medium heat, and add brown sugar; whisk sugar and let melt.
2. Add maple syrup, puree, and pumpkin pie spice; whisk and bring to a boil.
3. Add 1-2 cups half-and-half (to personal taste); whisk and return to boil. Add a dash of ginger if so desired.
4.Add 2 cinnamon sticks and whisk again; turn off heat and let the creamer cool.
5. Remove cinnamon sticks and pour creamer into a bottle for refrigeration.
